Our strategy relies on having the best people in markets characterised by a scarcity of skills. To do this we focus heavily on all aspects of the recruitment, training, reward and retention processes to ensure that we attract and keep the best people in our industry. We believe that the opportunities in Africa vastly outweigh the availability of suitable talent and so we look for individuals who are already committed to being and working in Africa. We only recruit two types of people: high potential fresh graduates - evidenced by academic performance and an ability to handle our rigorous selection process; or highly skilled professionals - evidenced by many years experience in the global capital markets.
